The BSA will be hosting an online workshop for its members, in readiness for October’s new regime.


We will cover a wide range of topics which include; operational readiness (including the practicalities around customer communications, investigations, and reimbursement), key risks, external engagement and future activity.

Please come prepared to share your own experience and discuss these important areas.
