The BSA will be hosting the second of two online workshops for its members, in readiness for October’s new regime.

The agenda will mirror the Workshop which was held on 28th August 2024, and will include; operational readiness (including the practicalities around customer communications, investigations, and reimbursement), key risks, external engagement and future activity.

Please come prepared to share your own experience and discuss these important areas.

Due to anticipated high numbers attending we'd like to ensure we cover as much as possible during this session.
If you have any questions you'd like to submit in advance please email them to
