A free webinar hosted by the Office of the Public Guardian

 

The Office for Public Guardian will be holding a use and view session for BSA members via Teams.


The webinar will cover:

  • An overview of the modernised lasting power of attorney service.
  • How customers who make a modernised LPA will share this with your organisation.
  • The differences in how customers who make a modernised LPA via the digital or paper channel share it with you. Including a walkthrough of the process on View a LPA.
  • What does this mean for pre-modernised Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
